Dr. Dan Crafts, Missouri State University, and Doug Breitling, Arsenic and Old Lace B&B, will lead you through an intense discussion of issues to consider before stepping into the world of innkeeping:

- public relations and marketing,
- goal setting.

An intensive workshop for innkeepers covering Internet marketing, online reservations, and guest management.
