Ross Summers, President/CEO of the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce
The Branson/Lakes Area Chamber provides the traditional chamber of commerce services, but its role goes far beyond. It is the designated marketing organization for the Branson Area, and as such implements the comprehensive marketing plan that includes television/print advertising, publicity, research, convention and tour group programs, travel programs and fulfillment. The Branson area now attracts more than 8 million visitors annually with tourist related revenues estimated to be $1.3 billion per year. So, there is much that Ross can bring to our meeting that is relevant to our industry.
